Our new location in Pikesville is conveniently located off Reisterstown Rd. in the Woodholme Medical Building. Our compassionate therapists are dedicated to getting you back to the activities you love. Our clinic offers a wide variety of specialty services, including infant and pediatric physical therapy. Our orthopedic and sports medicine therapists work with all levels of athletes, including runners and gymnasts.

Gabe Ukwuoma, DPT, CSCS, FDN is a skilled physical therapist and a proud Baltimore native. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Medicine.
Prior to his clinical career, Gabe played collegiate football for the University of South Alabama. His background as an athlete, combined with his expertise as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Functional Dry Needling Specialist (FDN), informs his passion for treating athletes. Gabe loves helping patients achieve high-level goals, whether they're aiming for a full return to sports and recreational activities or simply improving their strength and endurance to handle the demands of daily life.

How should I prepare for my physical therapy appointment?
Eat a balanced meal 1-2 hours prior to therapy. Drink about 2.5 cups of water prior to therapy. Take any prescribed pain medications at least 1 hour prior to therapy. Dress in T-shirts, athletic tops, sweatpants, shorts, yoga pants, or athletic leggings. Wear athletic/walking shoes and avoid open-toed sandals, flip-flops, and high heels. Ensure proper access to the treatment area.
