    Wear comfortable, flexible clothing (e.g., athletic pants or shorts) and athletic shoes. Bring any available imaging or physician referrals; a list of medications and your medical history may also help. A water bottle may be useful. Arrive a few minutes early for intake paperwork, especially for your first visit.

  • What types of patients do you treat (age groups, conditions)?

    We treat adults aged 18 and older. Our services are appropriate for a variety of conditions including aging-related mobility issues, postoperative recovery, neurorehabilitation (for stroke or Parkinson’s), vestibular disorders, pain syndromes, cancer-related rehabilitation, and sports or orthopedic injuries.

  • How should I prepare for my physical therapy appointment?

    Eat a balanced meal 1-2 hours prior to therapy. Drink about 2.5 cups of water prior to therapy. Take any prescribed pain medications at least 1 hour prior to therapy. Dress in T-shirts, athletic tops, sweatpants, shorts, yoga pants, or athletic leggings. Wear athletic/walking shoes and avoid open toed sandals, flip-flops, and high heels. Ensure proper access to the treatment area.
