Craig Trueblood, PT, DPT, Clinic Director
Craig Trueblood received a Bachelor of Science degree from Gwynedd-Mercy College where he majored in biology and minored in chemistry and psychology. He then attended Marymount University and graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2017. Since graduation, Craig has been an outpatient physical therapist treating a wide range of orthopedic diagnoses. Craig is proficient in treating:
- Knee, foot, and ankle injuries
- Neck and low back pain
- Orthopedic and sports injuries and conditions
- Post-operative recovery

Christopher Hartford, PTA
Chris Hartford received an Associate degree of Applied Science at Anne Arundel College where he graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2024. Since graduation Chris has treated a variety of diagnoses. Chris is proficient in:

Brett Wiegrefe, PT, MPT
Brett received his master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Florida in 2003 and has since been treating in the outpatient physical therapy setting. He has taken extensive manual therapy courses and has experience treating a wide range of both operative and non-operative orthopedic diagnoses with a special interest in lumbar and cervical pain. Brett specializes in treating the following:

Matthew Calabrese, DPT
Matthew Calabrese graduated from Ithaca College in 2012 with his undergraduate degree in Clinical Health Studies and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2014. He has been treating patients with a variety of diagnoses in the outpatient setting since. Matt enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the local community.

Some patients may complete therapy in fewer visits; others—especially those recovering from surgery or returning to sport—may require more frequent or longer sessions. We reassess your progress often and adjust accordingly.;

How should I prepare for my physical therapy appointment?
Eat a balanced meal 1-2 hours before therapy. Drink about 2.5 cups of water before therapy. Take any prescribed pain medications at least 1 hour before therapy. Dress in T-shirts, athletic tops, sweatpants, shorts, yoga pants, or athletic leggings. Wear athletic/walking shoes and avoid open-toed sandals, flip-flops, and high heels. Please ensure proper access to the treatment area.
