Lidia was born and raised in Adama, Ethiopia, in a beautiful hamlet called Wonji Shewa Shebogbi, surrounded by lush greenery, fruit trees, and the beauty of nature. Outside of medicine, Lidia enjoys spending time with her loved ones, cooking, visiting museums and parks, going for walks in green spaces, and exploring different restaurants around the city with her husband.

Fun Fact: She went snorkeling in the Indian Ocean in Seychelles, even though she’s not a strong swimmer. She lived in Paris before moving to the US and has been to the top of the Eiffel Tower.
