Our Fellows
Will Kuenstner, MD
Will Kuenstner is a second year fellow in the program. He is proud to call D.C. and Georgetown his adopted home since 2021, but he previously lived in New Jersey, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and North Carolina. Prior to residency and fellowship at Georgetown, Will attended Wake Forest University for undergraduate studies and West Virginia University School of Medicine for medical school. He fortuitously discovered endocrinology in his intern year and never looked back – all things general endocrinology fascinate Will, and he enjoys sharing his passion for endocrinology with students and residents rotating on service. Outside of medicine, Will spends time catching up on sleep, traveling the globe, getting bullied by his cats, eating his way through Washington, D.C., and staying active.
Negar Foroughi, MD
Gabriela Calderon, MD
Gabriela M. Calderon was born and raised in Guatemala. She completed medical school at Universidad Rafael Landivar and discovered her passion for endocrinology during her final year, when she served as the sole physician in a small rural clinic caring for patients living in extreme poverty. Motivated to deepen her training and eventually give back to her country, she moved to the United States for an Internal Medicine residency at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, Massachusetts. She is now a first year endocrinology fellow at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and aspires to be a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and empathetic general endocrinologist. Outside of medicine, Gabriela lives in Washington, DC, with her husband and their two French bulldog puppies. She enjoys walking her dogs, loves Peruvian food, and has a soft spot for chocolate ice cream. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and is known for her kindness, generosity, and enthusiastic spirit.
Kajol Manglani, MD
Kajol Manglani is a first year fellow in the program. Originally from India, she completed medical school at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, before making the leap to Washington, DC for residency at MedStar Georgetown/Washington Hospital Center. She discovered her passion for endocrinology during her intern year, drawn by its intricate physiology and with a special interest in neuroendocrine disorders. Kajol enjoys the blend of sharp critical thinking and holistic patient care that endocrinology offers. Outside the hospital, she’s always up for a competitive board game night, loves to travel, and is on a never-ending quest to uncover the city’s best culinary gems. She also makes it a point to stay active (to balance out all that food exploration).
