About me
Dr. Sedgley is a physician specializing in sports medicine. He is fellowship trained in both family medicine and sports medicine. His special interests include musculoskeletal injuries, evaluation of non-surgical orthopedic problems, and concussions. He is a team physician for the Baltimore Orioles, Baltimore Running Festival, and Howard County Community College. Dr. Sedgley's special interests include working with runners, triathletes, and bicyclists. He has served as the primary care sports medicine medical director of several marathons and ultra-marathons. He is also trained in sports medicine ultrasound. Non-operative care for orthopedic concerns and acute sports injuries are his primary focus.
In 2024, he was named a Top Doctor by Baltimore magazine.
