About me
James Pendleton, MD, is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician who is fellowship trained in pain management. He cares for patients suffering with pain-related functional limitations. Dr. Pendleton focuses on providing a patient-centered, evidence-based, multimodal approach in addressing each patients’ experience of pain. He sees patients in Annapolis and Washington, DC.
As an expert in musculoskeletal, spine, and neuropathic pain, Dr. Pendleton can offer multi-disciplinary care coordination, complex medication management, and a number of interventions joint injections, epidural steroid injections, and nerve blocks. His clinical interests include minimally invasive pain management techniques and neuromodulation for chronic pain.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Pendleton is a Major in the Maryland Army National Guard. He currently serves as a Flight Surgeon in the 29th Combat Aviation Brigade.
